The
Planning and Zoning Commission for the City Of Mclendon-Chisholm is an
advisory board empowered by City Ordinance. The six person Committee
makes recommendations on new and proposed zoning issues, future
developments (residential and commercial) and reviews plats presented to
the City for approval by City Council. It is also heavily involved in
providing direction to the City Council for current and future land use. Its
members are elected by the City Council.
